Billing depends on the service line. Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS Invoices are issued on the first of the month. For a new account, the first invoice is normally issued after the first two shipments. A $100 monthly FBA account fee applies. DTC and multi-channel fulfillment Billing is issued twice per month through the billing profile created during onboarding. PrepFort does not charge a separate one-time sign-up or technology fee. Ongoing account minimums still apply. Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS accounts have a $100 monthly, non-refundable account fee and a standard 200-unit monthly minimum. DTC and multi-channel fulfillment accounts have a $300 monthly minimum covering pick-and-pack, additional picks, and storage. Onboarding & Turnaround
How quickly are orders completed?
Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS onboarding normally takes 1 to 2 business days after the agreement, account setup, and marketplace connection are complete. Prep turnaround begins after inventory is physically delivered, checked in, and reconciled. The completion date depends on unit count, prep services, product condition, receiving discrepancies, shipment-plan availability, and carrier scheduling. Storage, Shipping & International
How are shipping costs calculated and billed?
FBA and WFS transportation is separate from PrepFort's per-unit prep fee. The final cost depends on carton or pallet count, weight, dimensions, destination fulfillment center, carrier, and service level. When you use an Amazon-partnered carrier, Amazon calculates the rate and generally charges it through Seller Central. Make sure the shipment plan uses PrepFort's current ship-from address so Amazon can quote the correct route. For standard Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS prep, storage is free for the first 14 days after receipt. After that, standard storage is $40 per pallet per month. For prepped storage-and-forward inventory, standard release charges are $3 per carton and $30 per outbound LTL pallet, plus storage. Small-parcel shipments do not have an outbound palletizing charge. For DTC fulfillment, standard storage is $5 per bin or $40 per pallet per month. Yes. PrepFort works with brands based outside the United States. PrepFort cannot act as the Importer of Record. You are responsible for arranging import clearance, duties, taxes, and any required customs bond before inventory reaches our warehouse. Parcel carriers such as DHL or UPS may provide clearance services; palletized freight and ocean containers commonly require a customs broker or freight forwarder. Seller Central & Confidentiality
How can I be certain that you won't imitate or steal my goods?
PrepFort treats customer product, supplier, sales-channel, and inventory information as confidential business information. Access is limited to team members who need it for receiving, prep, fulfillment, billing, or support. We can review a mutual non-disclosure agreement before onboarding when one is required.
