What is included in standard FBA/WFS prep pricing?

Standard Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS prep pricing includes the core work needed to receive, identify, prepare, and plan eligible inventory.

Included in the standard per-unit rate

  • Receiving the announced shipment into the warehouse
  • An initial inspection for visible damage, defects, or shortages
  • Applying the required FNSKU or approved marketplace label
  • Polybagging up to 14 by 20 inches when required
  • Updating the inventory record
  • Creating the send-to-Amazon or WFS shipment plan through the connected portal workflow

Charged separately when required

Oversized polybags, new cartons, bundling or multipacks, bubble wrap, fragile-item boxing, label removal, special projects, storage after the free period, and outbound LTL palletizing are not automatically included in the base rate. Transportation to Amazon or Walmart is also separate.

The standard volume tiers begin at 200 units per month. A $100 monthly FBA/WFS account fee applies. See current pricing at https://www.prepfort.com/pricing.

Your signed quote and warehousing agreement control if your account has different included services, rates, or minimums.
