Which sales channels and integrations does PrepFort support?

PrepFort supports a broad integration ecosystem, but the exact connection method and available features depend on the service line, platform, account, and approved implementation.

Common sales channels and marketplaces

Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, Wix, Squarespace, Ecwid, Faire, Wayfair, Newegg, Square, Temu, Shein, and Target Plus are among the platforms PrepFort can evaluate and support.

Common shipping and carrier connections

USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon Shipping, DHL eCommerce, DHL International, Better Trucks, Veho, Canada Post, Asendia, EasyPost, Shippo, and Stamps.com may be available depending on the parcel, route, account, and service. A specific carrier or discounted rate is not guaranteed for every shipment.

Back-office connections

Accounting, ERP, inventory, marketing, CRM, and automation tools may be connected directly or through an approved integration layer. Examples can include QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Cin7, Brightpearl, Klaviyo, AfterShip, Zapier, Make, Salesforce, and Slack. Confirm the required data flow before assuming a connector supports every workflow.

How onboarding works

  1. Tell PrepFort which systems you use and what data must move in each direction.
  2. PrepFort confirms the supported connection, ownership, credentials, and scope.
  3. Use authorized app, OAuth, API-key, or user-permission flows. Never send a primary password through chat.
  4. Test catalog, order, inventory, shipment, and tracking behavior as applicable.
  5. Go live only after the expected records synchronize correctly.

FBA/WFS connections use https://dashboard.prepfort.com/. DTC and multi-channel connections use PrepFort's Packiyo environment. Ask about an unlisted platform at https://www.prepfort.com/contact-us.
