What freight and logistics services are available?

PrepFort can coordinate approved inbound and outbound freight for inventory moving to the warehouse, Amazon or Walmart, retailers, distributors, or another business destination. Services can include container unloading, consolidation, deconsolidation, pallet preparation, LTL, FTL, routing compliance, tracking, and shipment documents.

Information needed for a freight quote

• Origin and destination addresses
• Ready date and required delivery window
• Parcel, pallet, LTL, FTL, or container type
• Carton and pallet count
• Dimensions, total weight, and freight class when applicable
• Stackability and declared value
• Commercial or residential facilities
• Dock, liftgate, inside-delivery, appointment, or limited-access needs
• BOL, PRO, container, seal, routing-guide, or retailer requirements
• Hazmat classification and Safety Data Sheet when applicable
• Who owns the carrier account and pays transportation charges

Rates depend on the route, equipment, shipment facts, carrier capacity, accessorials, and service level. A portal service selection or tracking entry does not by itself book a carrier. PrepFort must confirm the quote, responsibility, and pickup or delivery details.

Amazon-partnered FBA transportation is generally calculated and charged through Seller Central and follows a separate workflow. Contact PrepFort before tendering an LTL, FTL, container, regulated, or appointment-based shipment.
