Where do I specify how I want my shipment delivery?

Open the inbound record in the FBA/WFS portal at https://dashboard.prepfort.com/, select the Services tab, and choose Manage Services. Add the receiving, transport, handling, or prep service that applies, then save the shipment.

Carrier and tracking information belongs in Add Tracking Numbers. Selecting a service does not schedule a pickup or create a carrier booking by itself. Contact PrepFort before shipping when the delivery needs an appointment, uses LTL or a container, includes regulated goods, or requires unusual handling.
