Where do I add an item to my inventory?

In the FBA/WFS portal at https://dashboard.prepfort.com/, open Inventory and select Add Item. Enter the item's unique merchant SKU and required product details, then save it before assigning services or adding it to a shipment.

Use Add Item for a product that is not supplied by a connected marketplace catalog. For Amazon or Walmart listings, synchronize the connected account first to avoid duplicate records.
