Where can I access my Invoices?

This article applies to the Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS portal at https://dashboard.prepfort.com/.

Sign in and open Billing, then Invoices. Open an invoice to review its status, due date, charges, payments, and shipment-related line items. FBA invoices are normally issued on the first of the month; a new account's first invoice is normally issued after its first two shipments.

DTC, FBM, and multi-channel invoices are not managed in the FBA/WFS portal. Use the billing link or invoice email provided during DTC onboarding. Your signed agreement controls account-specific billing terms.
