Can I add Amazon inventory to the Portal without adding it manually?

Yes. Connect the Amazon Seller Central account during FBA onboarding. The portal imports the catalog information used for inventory and shipment creation.

If a recently added or changed listing is missing, use the marketplace synchronization control when it is available, then allow time for the import to finish. Do not create a duplicate manual item for the same seller SKU. If the item still does not appear, contact PrepFort with the seller SKU and ASIN.
