Can I customize how my inventory is packaged?

Yes. In the FBA/WFS portal at https://dashboard.prepfort.com/, open Inventory, select the item, and use Manage Services to add or update its standard prep and packaging services. Save the changes before creating future shipments.

For a shipment-specific request, open the record under Inbound Shipments and use the Services tab and Manage Services. Add clear Notes when the warehouse needs context, but do not use a note as a substitute for selecting a billable service. Changes may not apply to work that has already started; contact PrepFort for an active shipment.
