Can I access my inventory in a spreadsheet?

Yes. Sign in to the FBA/WFS portal at https://dashboard.prepfort.com/, open Inventory, and select Export Inventory. The downloaded spreadsheet is a snapshot of the inventory data available when the export is generated.

If you are investigating a quantity difference, include the export time, SKU, and related shipment reference when contacting PrepFort. Marketplace and warehouse updates can take time to synchronize.
