Where can I see when my next payment is due?

For Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS, sign in at https://dashboard.prepfort.com/, open Billing, and select the relevant invoice. The invoice due date is the controlling date for payment. FBA invoices are normally issued on the first of the month, but your signed agreement may set custom terms.

For DTC, FBM, and multi-channel fulfillment, use the billing profile or invoice email provided during onboarding. DTC billing is normally issued twice per month. Contact PrepFort before the due date if the expected invoice is missing or the terms look incorrect.
