Where can I manage my team?

Account administrators manage access from Merchant Settings in the FBA/WFS portal at https://dashboard.prepfort.com/. Use Send Invitation to enter the teammate's email address and choose the appropriate role. Each teammate should use a separate login.

Grant only the access the person needs, review pending invitations, and remove access promptly when someone leaves the company. Billing visibility and account-management actions depend on the assigned role. Never share the primary account password.
