Where can I customize notifications?

Sign in to the FBA/WFS portal at https://dashboard.prepfort.com/ and open Merchant Settings, then Notifications. Choose which operational and billing events should send email, add the correct recipients, and select Update Notification Settings.

Important events can include receiving reports, invoices ready for payment, billing failures, and items that require a decision. Keep at least one monitored address on critical account notifications. Portal notifications and email delivery may be separate, so review both when investigating a missed alert.
