Can I view and track my earlier shipments?

Yes. The FBA/WFS dashboard at https://dashboard.prepfort.com/ summarizes current activity. Use Inbound Shipments for inventory traveling to or received by PrepFort, and Amazon Shipments for prepared inventory moving to Amazon. Search by shipment reference or tracking information and filter by status or date when needed.

Portal status describes PrepFort's workflow; carrier tracking describes physical movement. A new label may not have a carrier scan immediately. Contact PrepFort with the shipment reference when a portal status or carrier event has not changed as expected.
