Can I make advanced searches for my shipments?

Yes. Open Inbound Shipments or Amazon Shipments at https://dashboard.prepfort.com/ and use the search and filter controls. Depending on the view, you can search by shipment name or reference, tracking information, status, and date. Apply only the filters needed, then clear them when returning to the complete list.

If a shipment is still missing, confirm that you are using the correct merchant and marketplace account, then contact PrepFort with the shipment reference.
