Can I change how my inventory is boxed and shipped to amazon?

Yes, before the shipment is locked for processing. Configure the item's case-pack or packaging details in Inventory, then open the shipment under Inbound Shipments and review its Items, Services, and case or carton options. PrepFort uses those details to prepare box-content information and cartons for Amazon.

Do not copy carton counts from another SKU or an old example. The correct plan depends on actual quantities, case packs, dimensions, weight, and Amazon's current shipment plan. Once cartons, labels, or transport are finalized, contact PrepFort before requesting a change.
