Can I add people to my portal account?

Yes. An account administrator can open Merchant Settings at https://dashboard.prepfort.com/ and use Send Invitation. Enter the teammate's email address, choose the appropriate role, and send the invitation. The teammate receives a separate login and should not use the administrator's password.

Permissions, including billing access, depend on the role selected. Grant the least access needed and remove access promptly when a teammate no longer needs the portal.
