Can I access specific shipment billing information?

Yes. For Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS, sign in at https://dashboard.prepfort.com/, open Billing, and select the invoice or shipment-related charge you want to review. The detail view shows posted service, storage, material, and other applicable line items.

Work that is still open may not appear until the shipment or billing period is finalized. If a line item needs investigation, contact PrepFort with both the invoice number and shipment reference so the charge can be traced to its source.
