What products do you not handle?

PrepFort supports a wide range of shelf-stable consumer products, including approved limited-quantity perfumes, skincare products, supplements, apparel, gifts, and business equipment. Product eligibility is reviewed before onboarding.

We do not accept used or liquidation merchandise. We do not accept full-regulation hazardous materials. Limited-quantity hazmat requires product-level review and written approval before shipment. Firearms and weapons, explosives, illegal or controlled substances, prescription drugs, alcohol, cash or negotiable instruments, counterfeit goods, and other prohibited or unlawful goods are not accepted.

Heavy or oversized products, cold-chain goods, high-return apparel, catalogs over 100 SKUs, batteries, aerosols, chemicals, and unusual projects require review before acceptance. The prohibited-products article contains additional detail.
