What are your charges?

DTC and multi-channel fulfillment pricing has a small number of standard components.

Pick and pack - first item

• Under 200 monthly orders: $3.00 per order
• 200 to 500: $2.75
• 500 to 1,000: $2.50
• 1,000 to 3,000: $2.15
• 3,000 to 5,000: $1.90

Other standard charges

• Additional item: $0.30 for a different SKU or $0.15 for the same SKU
• Storage: $5 per bin or $40 per pallet per month
• Return processing: $2 per return
• Shipping: carrier cost for the selected service
• Supplies: pass-through cost for the box, mailer, or protective material used

A $300 monthly minimum applies to pick-and-pack, additional picks, and storage only. Special projects, kitting, B2B, container unloading, unusual handling, and custom packaging are quoted separately.
