How quickly are orders shipped out?

Eligible DTC and multi-channel orders received in Packiyo before 1:00 PM ship the same business day when inventory is in stock and the order is ready to fulfill.

Orders received after the cutoff normally move to the next business day. Address problems, payment or fraud holds, inventory shortages, backorders, custom work, hazmat restrictions, carrier interruptions, and unusually large order spikes can delay release. Tracking appears after the carrier label is created and may take additional time to receive its first carrier scan.

Tell PrepFort in advance about launches, promotions, or expected volume spikes so labor and carrier pickups can be planned. Your signed service agreement controls any account-specific service level.
