Where should I send inventory?
Use only the receiving address and shipment instructions PrepFort provides for your account and inbound record. The public contact address on the website is not a substitute for shipment-specific receiving instructions.
Before shipping
- Complete onboarding and sign the applicable agreement.
- Create the inbound shipment in the FBA/WFS portal or the inbound purchase order in Packiyo.
- Confirm the receiving address, reference number, delivery method, and any appointment requirement.
- Make sure the item catalog, quantities, case packs, and requested services are accurate.
- Obtain written product approval before sending hazmat, cold-chain, oversized, unusual, or regulated goods.
Label and tracking
Identify the company and inbound reference on the shipment documents. Add every parcel tracking number or the freight PRO number to the inbound record. For multiple cartons, do not provide only the first tracking number.
Pallet, LTL, FTL, and container deliveries may require an appointment, BOL, pallet count, dimensions, weight, carrier contact, or unloading plan. Confirm these requirements before dispatch. International customers remain responsible for the Importer of Record, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and any required broker or bond.
Contact PrepFort before the carrier departs if the address, appointment, quantities, or delivery method changes.
