How does DTC, FBM, and multi-channel onboarding work?

DTC, Amazon FBM, and multi-channel fulfillment onboarding is separate from FBA/WFS prep.

  1. Quote and agreement

PrepFort confirms expected orders, items per order, SKU count, product dimensions and weights, storage, packaging, returns, shipping goals, integrations, and pricing. You approve the quote and sign the warehousing agreement. The standard DTC monthly minimum is $300 for pick-and-pack, additional picks, and storage.

  1. Portal and billing setup

PrepFort creates the Packiyo customer account and billing profile. The customer portal is https://prepfort.app.packiyo.com/login.

  1. Connect sales channels

Work with PrepFort to connect Shopify, Amazon FBM, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce, Faire, or another approved channel. Use authorized app or credential flows and never send a primary password through chat.

  1. Create the inbound purchase order

Add the incoming SKUs and quantities in Packiyo, then follow the provided receiving instructions. Do not ship before the inbound record and address are confirmed.

  1. Receive and configure inventory

PrepFort receives and counts the goods, sets up each SKU, captures required weights and dimensions, and places inventory into the agreed storage. Confirm branded packaging, inserts, bundles, shipping rules, and return-disposition instructions.

  1. Test and launch

PrepFort verifies order import, inventory behavior, label generation, shipment status, and tracking flow before normal fulfillment begins. Eligible in-stock orders received before 1:00 PM ship the same business day; exceptions and account-specific service levels are governed by the signed agreement.

The launch timeline depends on catalog size, inventory arrival, integrations, product setup, and special requirements.
