Can I change my payment method?

For Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS, sign in at https://dashboard.prepfort.com/ and open Merchant Settings, then Payment Methods. Add the new method, complete any processor verification, and select Make Default. Remove an old method only after the replacement is active and set as the default.

For DTC, FBM, and multi-channel fulfillment, update the payment method through the billing profile link provided during onboarding. Do not send card or bank details through chat or email. Contact PrepFort if the payment page is unavailable.
