# Where can I track inventory, orders, and shipments?

Yes. Use the portal for your service line.

- DTC, FBM, and multi-channel fulfillment: https://prepfort.app.packiyo.com/login

The portals provide inventory and shipment or order status from receiving through outbound processing. Marketplace, carrier, and inventory updates can take time to synchronize, so a newly created order or tracking event may not appear instantly. Contact PrepFort if a status has not changed as expected.
