# Where can I track DTC inventory and orders?

Yes. DTC, FBM, and multi-channel customers use PrepFort's Packiyo portal to review inventory, inbound purchase orders, orders, shipments, and tracking.

Store, marketplace, carrier, and warehouse updates can take time to synchronize, so a new order, adjustment, or tracking scan may not appear instantly. Contact PrepFort if an expected update is missing or an inventory quantity needs investigation.
