# How do I add notes to an FBA/WFS shipment?

Yes. Open the shipment in the FBA/WFS portal at https://dashboard.prepfort.com/ and use the Notes section to add context that PrepFort should see. Keep instructions specific and include the affected SKU or carton when applicable.

Select the appropriate service as well when the request changes billable prep or handling. Some warehouse-only notes are internal and cannot be edited by a customer. For an urgent change to work already in progress, contact PrepFort directly instead of relying only on a new note.
