# Can PrepFort use branded packaging, inserts, or custom boxes?

Yes. PrepFort can use approved branded packaging, promotional inserts, custom boxes, mailers, tissue, protective materials, and other presentation elements for DTC orders or custom projects. Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS packaging must still follow marketplace requirements.

Before launch, provide:

- Packaging dimensions, material, artwork, and placement instructions
- The SKU or order types that use each material
- Insert rules, including whether every order or only selected orders receive one
- Reorder lead time and the party responsible for purchasing supplies
- A finished sample or visual standard when presentation matters

Customer-supplied materials must arrive through an announced inbound record and be counted into inventory. PrepFort can also source standard or custom materials when agreed. Packaging and supplies are billed separately, and custom assembly or insertion labor may also be charged.

Test the packaging with the real product and shipping method before broad release. The signed quote and project specification control approved materials, labor, storage, and pricing.
